Costa Rica Study Spanish & Surf is one hot spot! Not only is the weather always warm but with 750 miles (1200 km) of coastline on two oceans, Costa Rica has more breaks than you can shake a stick at! You will learn Spanish at our very reputable schools for 20 hours a week (both are so good that American universities have partnered with them to offer academic credits) and then after class surf!
The country's selection of surf spots range from stunning beach breaks to coral platforms where the waves tubes like a miniature Pipeline.
We have two great schools, and locations in Costa Rica. Manual Antonio is a resort like location and great beginner to intermediate breaks. Tamarindo is a funky small village, and the best breaks in the whole of Costa Rica, and probably Central America!
The country's surf is complemented by its great water temperatures - you can leave that wet suit at home - beautiful scenery, and the convenience of a variety of accommodations, restaurants and facilities near most breaks.
Our courses cover Spanish from Beginner to Advanced, and our Surfing instruction from beginner to expert. AND there is always opportunity for lots of free time surfing
