|
This course appeals to students with a work hard , play hard philosophy and combines a language course (20 lessons per wk) with scuba diving. Please refer to the CESA website or brochure for details of the Language Programme. The scuba diving course includes a 5 day theory course(at the end of which there`s a test), a 2 day swimming pool immersion, a 3 day sea immersion and a 1 day final tes with immersion.The theory stage of the course involves students watching 5 videos on subjects such as: breathing, diving equipment, planning a dive, communication between divers and the diving environment. All equipment is provided, including full insurance against accidents and transport from the school to the immersion sites. The Language programme consists of 20 lessons per week , Monday to Friday in classes of students of the same ability as you!
A typical Programme for the Diving course is as follows:
First Week- Mon: 1st Theory Stage
Tues: 2nd Theory Stage
Wed: 3rd Theory Stage
Thurs: Swimming-pool practice
Fri: Sea Practice
Sat: Sea Practice
Second Week-Mon: 4th Theory Stage
Tues: 5th Theory Stage
Wed: Swimming-pool practice
Thurs: Sea Practice
Fri: Final Examination
