Program description:

Full Immersion Culinary, Baking, desserts and Pastry programs for Professional Chefs, Patissier, Culinary Instructors, Students and Serious Home Gourmets. From one week up to 6 months students can choose from a wide range of options that include full immersion concentrating on Regional Spanish and Mediterranean cuisine, market visits, wine-tasting courses, cheese excursions, tapas tours and vineyard tours. For students who want to stay for more than 2 months in Spain there is also the option of taking an internship in hospitality management in excellent hotels and restaurants in any city of Spain. In case you want to take a career of hospitality management in English in Spain, that is also possible for 3 years.
