|
Would YOU like to be able to cook Italian food at home? In our Italian Cuisine Course you will be taught how to prepare typical Italian meals, based on a complete sequence of courses and you will be introduced to recipes from various regions of Italy. We will also give you a recipe book as a gift.
Not only will you be taught how to cook fantastic Italian meals, you will be able to combine tihs course with an Italian Language course. For details of the language course please refer to the CESA Brochure.
Program:
During each lesson students will prepare and cook a different complete menu whichconsists of typical dishes of Italian Cuisine in the tradition of genuine simplicity. At the beginning of each lesson the teacher explains the menu of the day, distributes the work and recipe book in which the students read the recipe of the dishes. During the preperation and cooking of the food, the teacher demonstrates, explains and gives valuable hints and tips. The students prepare the table and dine together. Each student or pair of students presents and serves to the others the dish they have prepared. This course is organised in such a way that the students can experience with their own hands the way of cooking in the Italian style in a simple and functional ambiance guided by a passionate and experienced teacher.

During your Italian Language course (20 lessons per wk) you will be taught by native speakers who are qualified to teach Italian as a foreign language. By learning the language in its own country, you will be immersing yourself into the language, therefore improving your language skills. Plus you get to experience the Italian culture first hand not just from a text book. The culinary Arts course is taught by experienced teachers, who are very passioante about their Italian cuisine. These course are organised in collaboration with specialists in this particular field, for example in Rome we collaborate with GAMBERO ROSSO. By the end of your course you should be able to master the art of Italian cuisine and take these skills home to your family. Plus you get to taste all the fantastic meals you will cook!
