Program description:

We organise overseas volunteering opportunities in skill or degree related fields; for those wishing to take a career sabbatical, post graduates, graduates and undergraduates.

Our volunteer demographic is as varied as the placements we organise and whatever your age or experience we aim to match you to the right placement overseas. Since 1998, we have worked with over 300 individuals and it is important to us that we work with the right people. Last year we chose 64 people from over 1200 applicants.

To make a meaningful impact overseas is always a challenge and we invite only those who share our enthusiasm and motivation to become part of our work.  Our recruitment team look for individuals with determination, energy and the ability to think and act creatively to maximise results.

Our role is to develop a working partnership with small NGO’s and local Government departments, establish their need for volunteers then recruit, select and train the appropriate volunteers for 3 to 6 month placements. We usually work with our partners for several years to achieve the overall, long term aims of our partnership.  Each volunteer’s work directly contributes to this achievement.
