An exceptional opportunity to gain hospitality experience in a remote and beautiful part of Argentina, combined with the opportunity to learn/improve Spanish and horse-riding! Estancia Los Potreros is a 6,500 acre working cattle farm in the Sierras of Cordoba that has been offering high quality riding holidays to the middle/upper European/American markets for over 5 years. We are now looking for people keen to gain work experience in this unique environment on the hospitality side of our business. The programme can to some extent be tailored to suit, but duties may include housekeeping, waitressing, assisting in the kitchen, administrative duties. Placements will be given formal Spanish lessons once a week, with plenty of opportunity to practice with our Spanish-speaking staff, and on time off will be able to ride (or learn to ride) on our beautiful horses. There may also be the opportunity to play polo for those sufficiently secure in the saddle.

ELP will provide all food, drink, accommodation and visa costs. The placement is unpaid but all staff receive a proportion of tips. Travel to and from the estancia to be paid by the placement.
