Program description: |

|
Our placements are in the capital city Ulaanbaatar of what is otherwise a vast wilderness of a country famous for the huge Gobi desert. You will be living with a host family probably in an apartment to fully become immersed in the fascinating traditional and modern culture of Mongolia, including the intriguing world of the country’s superstitions.
With few English speakers to work as English teachers volunteers are really welcomed. English is taught to children between 6-18 and to various class sizes from small groups to large classes so there is something for everyone to get stuck into according to ability and confidence!
You have the full support of our nearby Projects Abroad Mongolia office and its staff throughout your placement and no knowledge of the language or TEFL is necessary.
