Global Vision International is looking for volunteers to join these 13-day teams. You will enter data, weigh samples, press plant specimens, and perform other varied research tasks. You will also go on a jungle trek to observe and record the behaviour of wild orangutans. The site of the project is absolutely beautiful. Surrounded by rainforest, it is the perfect place to spot macaques, Thomas leaf monkeys and orangutans climbing in the trees.  Participants will need to be prepared for basic living conditions and long days. With patience and flexibility, you should have the time of your life, while contributing to this crucial and long term research.
