|
Volunteers would help in training these fatherless and motherless children, most of whom were picked up on the streets. Instead of being at school, these children have been neglected and are found on the streets begging. As a result, they have been camped in a centre where they receive their training and education. Some of these children lost their parents through the HIV/AIDs epedemic and also during child birth.
Volunteers are therefore invited to some of these centres as teachers who will teach English and other subjects, as well as sanitation. Volunteers will also help children develop their creative talents like drawing pictures, playing games and various related activities.
NB: This area of volunteer placement requires volunteers who have kind heart for children.
