Looking for something different in the next year? or Are you looking for a chance to experience work, travel and study in one of the most cultural and biodiverse countries of Latin-America? Then look to ELEP – Experiential Learning Ecuadorian Programs.
ELEP designes and delivers customized practical programs for individuals and groups from all over the world who is looking for experiences abroad. Our internship programs are designed to accommodate the needs of people wishing to experience Ecuador either as students or professionals and are available in both international and Ecuadorian companies, NGOs and communities. Interns can undertake various duties during the internship period, depending on their own background, experience and Spanish language ability.
ELEP offers people interested in Ecuador (Latin-America) the opportunity to gain valuable international work experience in a wide range of professional fields while benefiting from the enlightenment of cultural exchange, sightseeing and developing Spanish language skills.
Placements are available in: Finance, Marketing, Accounting, Audit, Foreign Trade, Human Resources, Computer and IT, Engineering, Architecture and Design, Social Work, Psychology, Education, Law, Medicine, Media and Journalism, Environment/Ecology/Conservation, and Agriculture among others.

Qualifications
- Eagerness to learn, experience and explore Ecuadorian culture
- An intermediate level of the Spanish language, otherwise we would strongly recommend that you consider learning some Spanish before your program begins. and/or take language courses in Ecuador with our Study Spanish Program.
