Program description: |
|
|
We are looking for a full time staff member to develop and manage new programs for an exciting new venture within Global Vision International. The right candidate will be flexible and dynamic and prepared to work in a new office in the beautiful beach town of Tamarindo, Costa Rica.
Responsibilities:
Project Development: In conjunction with GVI’s directors to identify, develop and maintain new expeditions, projects and courses.
Advertising - Continuation and development of GVI’s advertising, both web and print
Publications / Website - Developing GVI’s promotional materials and brochure, as well as regular updating and writing of GVI’s website
General Marketing Initiatives - These include market research, contact with ex volunteers and implementation of strategies to keep past participants involved with GVI
Develop and initially run enquiry and booking systems

Qualifications required: |
|
|
Skills required:
3 years + of experience in the UK Gap Year Travel Industry both within the field and also in UK management.
Excellent creative, literary and visionary skills
Ability to work off ones own initiative
Excellent Organisational and Management skills
Skills recommended, but not required
Experience of working in a small company
Spanish
