|
We are looking for people with Sports coaching experience to work on US children’s summer camps. Positions are varied to suit candidates’ level of skill and certification – sought after sports include Tennis, Swimming, Lifeguarding, Golf, Canoeing, Kayaking, Waterskiing, Windsurfing, Gymnastics, Soccer etc.
US summer camps are residential, set in beautiful country settings generally by a lakeside. This is a great opportunity to work in an international setting with staff from all over the world.
Summer camps are part of the American culture and way of life and there are over 12,000 throughout the USA. Last year, Camp America sent 9000 people from all over the world to work on summer camps in the States as Camp Counsellors, Special Needs counsellors and support staff.

Qualifications required: |

# Be 18 years old by June 1st 2008
# Be available before June 28th 2008 for a minimum of 9 weeks
# Speak fluent English
# Have a passport that is valid at least 6 months after your return date
# Be able to prove to the American Consulate that you have reason to return to your home country (e.g. student status or employment).
# Be willing to attend a personal interview with a regional interviewer
# Meet the US visa, medical and criminal record check requirements
