Program description: |
|
|
Expedition staff are needed on Global Vision International's Conservation Expeditions in the remote locations at Costa Rica and Ecuador. A strong background in terrestrial biology and conservation, with management and logistical experience would be a distinct advantage. English essential. Knowledge of Spanish an advantage. Ecuador nationality an advantage though not essential. Work is physically hard with very long hours, 5.30am till 9pm or as needed by the expedition. Living conditions are basic: there is no running water and electricity is supplied only by a night time generator. This is a salaried position on a minimum of a 1 year contract, and also includes food, basic accommodation and a contribution to international flight costs.
