We require an experienced person in the catering field with an extensive knowledge of preparation and presentation of food. This person will be responsible for the training of cooks and quality control of the 10 day menu we currently use in all of our camps
They will also be responsible for quality control and supervision of good and food stuff bought and sent out to these camps.
Basically an F&B but with cooking experience to teach.
