Program description: |

|
Ground and maintenance crew must have a minimum age of 21. Previous experience in maintenance and repair work is helpful. Responsibilities include the cleanliness and general overall appearance of camp grounds, the cleaning of all facilities, cabin fix-its and general maintenance, and completion of projects as assigned by the site manager.
ISTC is a summer camp offering 5 different sports and has a population of 260 campers per week.
The age range for ISTC is 8 - 17, and our campers come from a broad scope of socioeconomic backgrounds. We are an overnight camp with 10, one-week sessions.

previous experience in maintenance and repair work (electrical, plumbing, painting, construction, etc.)
previous experience in landscaping and grounds work
previous experience maintaining mechanical equipment and driving tractors helpful
self starter with the ability to work independently
ability to accept supervision and work well with others
must be adaptable
