Program description: |

|
We have a great family atmosphere where learning is stressed. We are looking for hard workers who take their culinary skills seriously and have an ambition to move forward in the food service industry. Vocational and culinary school preferred but not required. ISTC is a summer camp offering 5 different sports and has a population of 260 campers per week.
The age range for ISTC is 8 - 17, and our campers come from a broad scope of socioeconomic backgrounds. We are an overnight camp with 10, one-week sessions.
We pride ourselves on our excellent reputation for safety, athletic excellence, great staff, high quality facilities, and professionalism. We require all of our staff to follow in these footsteps of pride and professionalism to ensure the tradition of excellence at ISTC continues.

ISTC is a specialized sports camp located on a private 100-acre lake in the scenic Pocono Mountains of Northeastern Pennsylvania. We are reknowned for our outstanding facilities, innovative programs and friendly staff.

Qualifications required: |
|
|
minimum age of 16 years
desire to work in a high volume camp kitchen serving 350+ people
ability to do tasks as assigned
able to accept supervision and work well with others
previous experience working in food service is desirable
