|
Join this unique multi-part opportunity and spend 2 week in an EF Spanish language course at EF’s Escuela Internacional de Espanol in Quito, Ecuador, and then travel up to the town of Otavalo and work as volunteer on GVI’s community education project.
This joint program is a collaboration between EF Education First and Global Vision International.
The 2 week EF language course consists of 3-5 hours a day of language lab work, group discussions, guest speakers, and special interest lessons to expand your vocabulary. Working on the GVI project, you will spend your time in one of Ecuador’s poorest communities, teaching basic numeracy and literacy to children, practice your Spanish with the locals, and immerse yourself in the local Andean indigenous culture.
