|
API students in Florence, Italy, will have the opportunity to study at either the The Lorenzo de'Medici School (LDM), or Apicius - The Culinary Institute of Florence (ACIF).
Students at The Lorenzo de'Medici School will be able to select from a wide variety of classes in the areas of liberal arts & humanities, Italian cuisine & wine, Italian language, mathematics, natural and social sciences, and studio arts. Courses are conducted in English, and students may take Italian language courses at all levels.
Students at Apicius - The Culinary Institute of Florence, will be able to participate in some of the finest professional and non-professional culinary studies programs in all of Italy. Courses are conducted in English, and students will cover cooking techiniques, food and culture, restaraunt management, menu planning and more. Italian language courses are also offered at all levels.
Transfer credits and an official, U.S. accredited univeristy transcript for the LDM program will be issued by Fairfied University. Fairfield University is a four-year, fully accredited U.S. university in Fairfield, CT.
Transfer credits and an official, U.S. accredited university transcript from Robert Morris College will be issued to students upon completion of the ACIF program. Robert Morris College is a four-year, fully accredited U.S. colege in Chicago, IL.
