In Hyeres, on the concrete-free part of the Mediterranean coast, ELFCA offers ideal conditions to learn French quickly and pleasantly : smart air-conditioned premises with restaurant, communicative teaching methods, administrative and teaching team totally dedicated to students’ well-being.
Top quality accommodation with selected host-families, hotels, apartments. Group courses or individual tuition, 22 to 30 hours per week. Alliance Francaise examination centre.
All ages from 16, seniors welcome.

Spending some time in the Var is a unique experience as there lies the real soul of Provence d’Azur, where the inhabitants have refused « the concrete invasion » to preserve their sandy beaches, wild coves, flowered islands and Mediterranean forests. Villages have kept their traditional shops, their lively cafés and their boule-grounds under plane-trees. Bigger towns, such as Hyères with 55000 inhabitants, have also kept their provençal authenticity and besides all modern entertainments, still maintain their weekly markets, with all the sun-blessed local products, fruit and vegetables. The inhabitants still take time to enjoy life and are always so proud to introduce their foreign guests to their culture, cuisine and art de vivre. The best way to enter the magic of the region is to take a French language course there. The ELFCA institute in Hyeres, on the Mediterranean coast, offers such courses. For a long or short duration, they give the unique possibility of learning in a group of mature international students (from college age to seniors), and exchange experiences in an unstressed atmosphere.
