|
This placement allows you to share your knowledge of golf with enthusiastic youngsters who cannot normally afford to play. Because golf is often limited to the wealthier classes, you will start to develop untapped talent lying dormant in a number of young players from poorer backgrounds, hopefully identifying potential that can go on for a future in the game.
As a golf coach, you will have the responsibility of running and supervising all training for the players. This may sound daunting, but you will soon see that you have an understanding of golf that the young players are desperate to have.
There is a clear need to develop the untapped talent within young Ghanaians and by working on our golf placement, you will be able make an important impact to this emerging sport, giving players the chance to reach their full golfing potential.
