|
-Controlling the Corporate Personnel Department's budget compare with actual cost every month in order to ensure the cost within budget
-Performing the deduction process and ensure that all related items are
included or excluded pursuant to the existing company policies and
practices
-Preparing the calculation of personnel income tax to be withheld from
the employees' income including final payment of the employees leaving
the company
-Preparing and submitting reports & payment of tax withheld to
Accounting Department (monthly & annually)
-Performing payroll accounting , preparing regularly accrual record of
leave every quarterly, THR every month in order to control the
accounting process
