Teach English, Sports, Music, IT or other subjects to disadvantaged children in local urban or rural schools, orphanages, creches and community centres. You don't need any qualifications, but you should be reasonably fluent in English. The most popular subjects with our volunteers to teach are English, Sports, Drama and Music. You can also teach IT, Design Technology, Maths, some Languages, and just about every academic subject - the choice is yours. Teach in a rustic school in Kenya, or work with orphaned children in Argentina... or any one of 18 exciting countries with their fascinating cultures. You'll learn about their culture from the inside! No qualifications are needed and this programme is open to all nationalities aged 17 - 70. Cost or price of this program: Costs vary depending on which country you choose and how long you want to stay for. Prices start from £595 for 2 weeks and include food and accommodation, 24/7 support and backup before you go and throughout your placement, as well as meeting you at the nearest airport. When you're on your placement, if you'd like to extend your time, you can do so at a minimal additional cost. Qualifications required: No qualifications are required, but you must have lots of enthusiasm, patience, adaptability and a spirit of adventure!
