Program description:

The Global Volunteer Network currently has volunteer teaching opportunities through our partner organization in Ghana. The Ghanaians are globally renowned for their friendliness and have always welcomed volunteers as part of the family. Volunteers have the opportunity to participate in the development of Ghana's young people. This will give you a chance to make an important contribution to Ghana and gain an in depth experience of the country and its culture that will stay with you the rest of your life.

The volunteer teaching opportunities are available in Primary and Secondary schools all over Ghana. However we can arrange for you to teach in a pre-school if that is your preference. You don't have to be a certified teacher to be a volunteer teacher.
