Peak Leaders is an international training company and well established family business specializing in ski and snowboard instructor courses and adventure activities.
This course gives you the unique opportunity to become a BASI qualified ski or snowboard instructor in the spectacular Andes of Argentina. During this popular course, now in its 6th year, you train with Peak Leaders & the best coaches in South America for 9 weeks, learning mountain safety / first aid, avalanche awareness and management skills. To ensure you get the most from your time in South America, Peak Leaders include a 2 day stopover in vibrant Buenos Aires visiting Evita’s house and watching the tango danced in the streets; a ride out with gauchos to see the Andes on horseback and a swim in thermal pools to name just a few. This is a high tempo training course amongst some of the nicest people on the planet. Applicants should be good intermediate skiers or riders (or better) before applying. After gaining all these qualifications in South America, you are ready to apply with confidence for employment the following winter in North America or Europe.
You have a highly qualified, Peaks' mentor on site with you throughout - their job is to ensure that you get the most from your course through regular meetings with you and your local providers and instructors. Whatever your reasons for coming away with Peak Leaders, be assured that by the end of the course your ski / riding will have improved beyond expectation and you'll have many new skills gained with people who'll become friends for life.
