|
Unique PADI Divemaster trainee internships are conducted at our impressive PADI CDC (Dive Career Development Center) for the serious career diver that wishes to become dive Professional. We take your dive education and diver career very seriously.
In a world where there are an abundance of scuba dive professionals looking for work it’s essential to be trained to a first class level allowing a dive employer to see your dedication to scuba education and your commitment to the dive industry.
Mermaids like to take time in one complete ALL inclusive dive master internship package to not only produce you as a divemaster but with additional skills and also the tools of the trade for you to use.
The divemaster traineeship allows you 3 months within our CDC (Career Development Center) taking the courses necessary to become a dive professional DM but also 5 additional specialty scuba courses making you a Master Diver. You’ll be exposed to all of the daily workings of a functional PADI dive center and Career Development Center hosting other internships allowing you great experience and knowledge intake.

What are the dates of this program: Due to having interns from all over the world with different jobs, commitments and schedules we have a "rolling admission". This means that any day of any week of any month that is convenient to you - we can receive you as an intern.

A Fully inclusive package (all-inclusive) with no surprise expenses allows you to train whilst knowing what to expect. You are treated as a customer from the moment that you attend and are not contractually bound or expected to work for us. This means that you have our undivided attention to your needs and training and do not take a back seat to any other customers.
As a fully inclusive package with materials and equipment, including Suunto Computer (to keep) this will allow you to find appropriate dive work immediately upon completion.
You’ll be diving daily (average 4/5 days per week – more if you wish) and training along side other interns.
At the end of your dive training you shall be a highly employable dive professional very capable of running trips, planning courses, assisting students, leading tours as well as very knowledgeable of scuba and the industry with a broad knowledge base.
