The one month long Basic course will Introduce one into 35 Yogasanas, Pranayama,specific breathing exercises and Meditation. One will have 5 hours of lessons from Mondays to Fridays with your Professional Indian Teacher on the above aspects and since the maximum no. of seats is limited to 10 can be still assured of adequate personal attention. The Course is so intense that it does not have any kind of prayer sessions (unlike in other Intense Yoga courses)for all the 5 hours including one hour of theory lessons.In addition to the Yoga lessons, one can take lessons for one hour in an Indian Art, Craft or Languages offered in the Centre. On successful completion of this course,one can continue with the one month long Teacher's course, which will have five and half hours of lessons from Mondays to Fridays and One hour on Saturdays too. To participate in the Teacher's course it is inevitable to complete the Basic course.
