|
Similan Divers offer the full range of PADI diving courses from beginner up to Divemaster level. All academic lessons are conducted in our comfortable classroom in Khao Lak before you will go out with the boat to enjoy some exciting dives at the colorful reefs of the Similan Islands. Our multilingual staff will do their best to conduct your course in your native language. In the following we will give you a brief course overview.
Discover the Reef
This is a one day scuba experience program, which enables you to discover scuba diving in a most relaxing and easy way without having to sign up for a full scuba course. After learning the basics in the pool, you will enjoy a shallow dive in calm water under the guidance of a PADI instructor.
PADI Open Water Diver Course
This course will make you a fully certified scuba diver! Five easy classroom and pool sessions will teach you everything you need to know before you will do four relaxed dives in the open water at the Similan Islands together with your PADI instructor.
PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Course
During five exciting dives, including one deep dive and one navigation dive, you will increase your knowledge and practical skills and become a more confident scuba diver. This course includes no classroom sessions.
PADI Emergency First Response
This is an interesting course also suitable for non-divers. It teaches the basic medic first aid knowledge plus CPR practice.
Rescue Diver Course
Undoubtedly PADI's most important scuba course. Here your attention is directed towards other divers for the first time. In several classroom and open water lessons you will learn everything from problem prevention over problem solving to search and recovery of an unconscious diver. In a final rescue scenario you will get the chance to prove that you deserve the PADI Rescue Diver certificate.
