GVI has free placements all over the world in the fields of wildlife research, marine conservation, environmental education and national parks. You can gain hands on experience while working in some of the world’s most beautiful and remote natural areas. These unique Careers Opportunities offer you the chance to work with GVI and selected partner organisations on critical conservation initiatives. Field work placements include: jaguar and bird surveys and environmental education in Mexico’s national parks and marine surveys in the Seychelles. All applicants must complete a 10 week GVI Expedition to ensure they have the experience and training before applying.
